What We Believe
We believe that G-d, Blessed be He, is the only Eternal and exists in and out of time. We affirm the statement of Moses: "Hear O Israel! THE L-RD, OUR G-D, THE L-RD IS ONE." (Deuteronomy 6:4, known as the Shema).
We believe with perfect faith in the words of Yochanan the Talmid (John the Apostle). “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with G-d in the beginning...the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His Sh'kinah.” (Divine presence) (Yochanan [John] 1:1, 14) That Word, according Rav Sha’ul (Apostle Paul) is Yeshua HaMashiach. “He is the visible image of the invisible G-d, He is supreme over all creation, because in connection with Him were created all things.” (Colossians 1:15)
We believe that G-d exists as a Tri-Unity eternally manifesting Himself as Avinu, HaBen and Ruach HaKodesh. (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) That salvation comes through acknowledgement of sin, genuine repentance, and acceptance of the sacrificial death of Yeshua as the spotless lamb of G-d.
That G-d raised Yeshua from the dead and after Yeshua ascended back to Heaven, the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) was sent to dwell in all believers.
We believe that the Bible (both the Old and New Covenant Scriptures) is the Word of G-d and is inspired by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). One Book. One Message. It is our guidebook for life and our final authority.
We believe in one Messiah and two comings. Yeshua came the first time as a suffering servant to make atonement for the sins of mankind. The New Covenent (B'rit Hadasha) sealed in His blood, makes it possible for all who recieve Yeshua to come directly into the presence of the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, both here and forever in eternity.
